Images.rbxcdn.com sending blank images

Ive been noticing that images on images.rbxcdn specifically are blank, which doesn’t occur on any of the other CDN domains.

Here so some examples:

This is happening on likely 1000’s of images using this specific CDN, I haven’t noticed any issues on any of the other CDN’s but may also be present on others.

Edit: For the URL’s I had linked above the issue still persists but I have no longer been experiencing the issue with it getting the thumbnail from the images.rbxcdn through the API’s so at least that seems to be sorted.

Thanks for the report. Could you provide more detail on where you noticed these images? For example do they occur for certain asset or game icon ? Do you see them on website or universal app?

I meant how did you get these image urls ? Did you retrieve these using thumbnails api or found them on roblox website? 325472601571f31e1bf00674c368d335 hash is associated with a 0 pixel image which is intended to look empty.

It was on the favourites API or games API, unsure which.

Yes as it had appeared with that same URL for 5 different games from what I could tell.

Thanks for confirming. For game icons this issue could occur if the api is having trouble retrieving the default icons. There is most likely an issue during the time when you saw the issue. It seems the API is no longer returning this empty pixel? Please reach out if you are seeing this again. Thanks for the report.
