Image/Texture Resolution issue

I’m posting this for someone else, but after browsing the ROBLOX forums, it seems to be a problem for multiple people.

A person in my group mentioned that some images have been appearing pixelated/blurry for quite some time now. She then gave me this picture as an example:

I’m assuming this is not normal behavior considering the clothing in the background appears fine. However, when she walks up to them, they become pixelated.

Her computer’s specs:
AMD A8-4500M APU with Radeon HD Graphics 1.90 GHz
4GB RAM
64-bit Windows 8
AMD Radeon HD 7640G

I myself have been to the exact same place and I have not experienced this issue. She said she reinstalled ROBLOX multiple times with no luck. Is this a legit client bug or does someone have a solution for it?

Tell them to turn minimapping on to max in AMD catalyst control center or VISION engine control center, whichever is present…

Do you know by chance know where minimapping is located? I had them download catalyst (some reason it wasn’t installed) and they are unable to find that option.

If catalyst wasn’t installed, VISION engine control center has to have been installed.

I have VISION at the moment, and it’s under Gaming > 3D application settings.
I should be the same in catalyst.

Strange. Apparently it’s not there. These are the options they have:

That’s not the catalyst I remember. They should have VISION engine or Catalyst already installed because they have a Radeon graphics card.

Tell them to search both vision control and catalyst control in search under the desktop start bar.

Yeah, she said that’s the program. I don’t know why it wouldn’t show the options you have…

The only problem i have seen With images on roblox, is that shirt’s and pants get’s pixelated.
Both on site and in game.
It doesn’t look good D:
