Roblox may not be able to open RAR files as there is no built-in extractor, however if you mean can you use a specific program to zip your files then yes.

I’d assume it would be R15 as R6’s animation is limited.

You can create impressive animations in R6. Check out animations from animators like SnyFort for example or many other animators on youtube. Most people prefer R6 cuz it’s simpler and clearer

However, RTHRO doesn’t support R6 which it might be left out because of it.
