I tried to put immersive ads into my game but they are just inactive all the time. Tryed with a different account to see them, still inactive. They are valid and i did everything that was to do in the documentation tutorial as well as a youtube tutorial , checked everything and seems fine so i don’t know what the problem is. My game stats for immersive ads sayes that : “User does not have permissions on this resource.”
And yes my account is over 13 , my game is eligible bc i see the immersive ads button
