Recently, Roblox sent a payout for the Immersive Video Ads in our group games; however, the payment was sent to the group holder account, not to the group funds. This is the case for no other income, and it makes no sense as it defeats a key purpose of publishing games from groups in the first place: distributing the funds.
My partner Emir and I manage everything 50/50, and we have a holder account (that we both have access to) that owns the group. Suddenly, that holder account has almost 200k Robux from the Immersive Ads that we cannot split among ourselves, and it is only going to increase.
This should be fixed as soon as possible, as it makes it unfair for countless amount of dev groups that split their income with certain hard-earned and negotiated shares. Group owners shouldn’t be entitled to it all, just because of a silly mistake on Roblox’s end.
