Import 3D is very broken

Hello everybody!

I’ve been trying to import the Strider model from HL2.
And I encountered a ton of various issues using Import 3D.

First.
Some animations’ names got moderated, and I didn’t get to know which ones got moderated.
It didn’t let me import the mesh.

Second.
Unchecking and renaming animations takes an eternity. Doing it too quickly crashes the studio.

Third.
Unchecking certain animations or toggling options screws up the skeleton.

How can I import the mesh and animations without getting errors? :confused:

I was unable to find anything on DevForum.

Hello dementiaman!

Sometimes such situations may occur. Try to upload it again later or upload it from another account. It was fixed when I uploaded it later, but my friend did not have it, he uploaded it from another account, I hope it works.

Uploading any asset from an alt account will have no affect unless the persons main account is under 13 and the alt account is over 13.

Rename all descendants of that mesh and remove the @ symbol.

I gave it a shot and it worked. In the end I figured out how to fix the skeleton myself.
