Import image with transparent background

I wanted to set a crosshair in my game,so I created an image label and I imported the image,for some reason the background wasn’t transparent,how can i import this kind of file on roblox studio ?

Before I suggest anything, please go ahead and check that the BackgroundTransparency property of the ImageLabel is set to 1. By the looks of it, it is not.
