Imported animation problem

I have a problem with my animation, i imported a blender mesh and then imported the animation using the animation editor, it looks exactly as it should in the animation editor but when i test it, the legs of my mesh extend under the map. other than that its perfectly fine, if this doesnt make sense or you need a visual representation of the issue, just ask me!

try changing the hipheight in the mesh’s humanoid

doesnt solve anything. the leg just keeps going through the ground.
