Imported Custom Avatar turns partially into cubes

Hello developers, first post here!
My team and I are currently trying to import a custom avatar made in Blender, exported as fbx. The problem is when we upload it through Avatar Importer it turns out like this:

What is the problem here? Is it just a server issue? We tried it multiple times on different days and times.

It looks like you’re pushing too many meshes into the queue too quickly. You might need to lower your mesh count/tri count before uploading it as an avatar.

Please also put the names of your meshes into consideration. I am unsure of how it is NOW; but previously names that were filtered didn’t have an accurate error in the output.

Thanks for the reply!
We used this exact model before without issues, the only thing my modeler did was shift the position where the rootpart is generated and then tried to import it back into the game.
The other imported models (with the same mesh count and everything) are still in the game and working but since the auto-assigned rootpart was below the model on the floor we wanted to move it up, as it makes it hard to walk and increasing the hipheight when it’s on the floor just lifts it up and makes it float above the ground.

We made it work! We used a mesh importer.
