Imported Mesh issues

My lead map builder imported a staircase mesh into studio.
When you walk up it you hit an invisible region that prevents you from advancing. If any of you have any tips or solutions on how to fix this it would be appreciated.

Hello there BlueTheBuilder,
This seems like a very simple fix, have him go into blender and add the “Solidify” modifier which will remove your error. If the Tris are to high to import, tell him to go into edit mode, select all the vertices, press X, then press limited dissolve which will remove vertices you do not need for your mesh.
