Imported Rig missing bones

Hello, devs! I’m currently working on a custom r15 mesh using skinned meshes.
The issue I’m having is that the head isn’t animating correctly, in fact, it isn’t animating at all.

When investigating the problem, I found out that the FBX rig importer wasn’t generating the head’s bone. I really have no idea why this happens, and I’d like some help.
I should note that the head is disconnected (like all the other bones) and parented to the upper torso. I’ve tried making the head connected and I’ve had no luck.

Did you find a fix? I have same problem. I used rig from Rigging a Humanoid Model | Roblox Creator Documentation page.

My problem was, that I had Head part and Head bone. After renaming Head part to something else it worked for me.

hello from 2024!, for those who are reading, i can confirm that u should rename the part that is parented to the bone to be different in-order for the system to import the bones that is needed

Ex:

Headpart > Parented to > HeadBone = import successful
