Importing catalog into game

Hello! I am coming with a simple question. Can I import catalog somehow into my game? I want to include everything, heads, pants etc. But there might be one problem. Can I import all pants and shirts without asking creators for permission? Or make a GUI where player can write ID of pants/shirts because of catalog being heavily destroyed with copied stuff? I am sorry if I chose wrong section, I probably never wrote here! Thanks for help!

Making an in-game Avatar Editor

Hey there, I was wondering how I would go about making an in game avatar editor. Basically, what way would be the best way of doing it? Somehow adding the items from the catalog automatically (is this even possible?) Adding the items manually I’m not sure if the first option is even possible, let me know if it is, and if so, how I would go about doing it with that method.
