Importing mesh into Roblox creates unwanted extra flat part

Whenever I import the mesh from Blender there is a flat part that sticks out that is not supposed to be there.

I really don’t know how to explain this issue so searching devforum and Google isn’t helping right now… Any help will be appreciated!

Try turning off double-sided. If the issue isn’t with the mesh itself, it must be in studio.

  1. Apply all transforms
  2. Recalculate normals
  3. Import to roblox

It’s the issue with the mesh itself, I triangulated it and now it works perfectly! Thank’s for help though!
