Improve BindActionAtPriority functionToBind example

Issue Description

The example code given makes no use, nor does it have any evidence of the provided parameters for a function provided to BindActionAtPriority.

If this example could be rewritten it would be immediately clear to developers the workflow of how this API is intended to use. The only place any of these parameters are mentioned at in the functionToBind description, which is very easy to miss when looking for intended use.
