"Improved Constraint Tool" creates broken "Bone" plugin

Recently, this plugin appeared in Studio:

This only appears if “Improved Constraint Tool” is enabled, and “Next Gen Studio Preview” is disabled.

I don’t think this plugin is supposed to be showing up here. And whenever I open a place, the plugin produces an error message:
Unable to load plugin icon: rbxasset://studio_svg_textures/Shared/InsertableObjects/Dark/Large/Bone.png

The plugin is trying to use a file that does not exist for its button icon, so it errors.

Additionally, the plugin itself produces its own script errors whenever you try to use it.

  3. Observe the error in Output.
