In-game sound become silent on mobile if you previously used another app

Reproduction Steps:

  1. Use any other mobile app that is no the official Roblox mobile app.
  2. Open up the official Roblox mobile app and join any game.
    Issue:
    Whenever I use another mobile app that is not Roblox, and then I open up the Roblox mobile app and join any game, the in-game sound becomes silent, music and sound effects included. I have found to fix this I have to restart the Roblox mobile app.

  1. Does this happen on Android or iOS?
  2. What version of Android or iOS are you using?
  3. What model phone (or other device) does this happen on?

  1. This happens on iOS.
  2. I use an iPhone 12 to play Roblox.
  3. I used to play Roblox on another iPhone (a 10 Iā€™m pretty sure), it did not happen to me in it, the a recent issue that has been happening since last year.

Thanks @FastMagpie277! Could I ask you to confirm that your iPhone 12 is on the latest iOS version? (iOS 18.4.1 according to Google).

Yes it is on the latest version.

Thanks for the confirmation! We tried this on the iPhone 12 with iOS 18.4.1 but everything worked as expected. A couple questions:

  1. Does the problem occur on any other devices?
  2. Could you send us a video of the problem occurring to help us reproduce it?
