Hello! I’m Cali and I am the owner and only developer of a roblox game named “The mystic diaries”. I’m mainly a scripter, and I’m in urgent need of a proffesional builder/modeler capable of building a detailed yet efficient map based on the TV show “The Vampire Diaries” and “The Originals”.

About The Job
I expect efficiency and high quality from a builder. I also need CONSTANT communication between us. I will be sending reference pictures with all the details and things I need in the building you’re working on. Some buildings are planned to have an interior, so if you’re interested on the job, you would also need to be experienced on this field. I’m NOT looking for a low-poly style, I’m looking for realistic buildings with a mid-high level of detail while saving performance (game performance needs to be as good as it can, so I understand if some interiors can’t have that much of a detail).
The job would be a map with the following buildings:

A restaurant with interior based on TVD(tThe vampire diaries) named “The mystic gril”.

The Mikaelson compound from TO (The originals).

Two stores with interior (not based on any show, although it should fit within the main style of the map)

An hospital with interior (not based on anything)
-
The Salvatore Mansion (based on TVD) with interior.

3-4 generic buildings with no interior to copy and paste to make New Orleans downtown.

3 generic houses with interior (1 of them based on Elene’s house from TVD
)

Davina’s attic from TO.
-
A church with an interior based on TO.
-
A graveyard based on TO.
Deadline
Around the end of June 2021, but I do not want to put preasure on the project, because I want the best quality. However, I will need progress every week with feedback. It should be mainly done around the end of May.
Payment
I’m paying through roblox funds. The amount is negotiable (500k - 800k robux), and I’m willing to pay in phases (a percentage of the total amount when an area is finished, instead of paying it all together at the end. I think it provides motivation to keep working hard).
