I hope this post finds you well! I’ve been making a few GFXs for my friends and I realised I could create commissions for these. Though, I need some feedback before I start commissioning.
I don’t like using Blender, as it was starting to get complicated for me. So I stuck with Roblox Studio and Photopea. Anywhoo, although some of them are ‘meme’ GFXs, do you think that I am capable to proceed with commissions with this current skill level? My friends do like it but I decided it would be best for a second opinion from experienced Devs/Artists.
I try my best to create realistic poses and great lighting overall!
It doesn’t matter if it’s harsh criticism or not, it’s okay if it’s constructive.
If you think that I’m good at these and you would suggest commissions, how much should I set the price from your perspective? I try my best to optimize prices for anyone whenever they ask me to make something for them or just straight up make it for free.
the last picture the bday one u could put less people in front of the camera Maybe my eyes need a check up but I didnt even notice the maid really close to the camera maybe you could put her near the fridge big empty spot there other wise its just curios in the third picture did you use particles for rain?
and @althruist you should 101% start commissioning put ur prices a bit high because these are insane I never knew you could make such a beautiful GFX with just studio
I appreciate the compliment! Yeah, I admit, the last one was a bit cramped. I tried to fit in all the people in a group chat since one of the group chat members had their birthday. Also, answering your question, yes! I just took a free model rain particles (I did not bother making my particles) and modified it to my liking!
I’m really glad you like them! It means a lot! Regarding the prices, I try my best to optimize people’s budgets since a lot of designers overprice their things, not going to mention any names. Though, if you have a price in mind, do go ahead and tell me! I’d love some suggestions! ^^
Alright, that’s fine! I’ll consider your price approximate suggestion; And again, thank you for your kind words.
Particles can be very annoying at times, and although I’m capable, I won’t waste my time on particles for the sake of a GFX lol. Though, I hope the effort still shows!
I really love the first six images! Seventh feels pixelated or a bit too aggressive with the lighting though. Ninth image also has a weird feel on the lighting, maybe add a bit more details in there beside the mountains or add more police behind him. In number ten and eleven it would also be better to add more detail or to not make the water feel like it ends somewhere. It’s also very unnatural to have random pink lighting on a beach in the eleventh image. Image number twelve is good, but I recommend to add more depth of field in there, also make it so that the girl holding the selfie stick feels like she’s holding it, because it looks like it’s just attacked to her arm in a weird way. Good luck with your GFX!
