In need of vehicle system scripter!

Hello.

I am the Head Developer of my own studio and I am in need of a scripter for a commission.

I am requiring a vehicle system for my game, and I need somebody to fulfill such order.

The vehicle system will be easy-to-use, multi-platform and will contain specific features. The system itself, mostly its functionality, will be similar to games like War Tycoon/Military Tycoon.

Vehicle types include air, land and water. Most vehicles will have weapons. There are 22 vehicles and 8 vehicle types needed:
