Features

  • Added a bonus system
    • Shown on the end results leaderboard
    • Cameras have an Item Lockdown bonus which is the same as the old camera bonus
      • More money for less items stolen by the end of the round
      • Less money is given when there are less thieves playing
      • Up to $5,000 possible (as before)
    • Thieves have a Squad Support bonus for helping teammates
      • For mostly anything that helps other thieves (reviving, healing, etc.)
      • Primarily based on support characters that don’t make much money
      • Up to $6,000 possible
  • Added monthly leaderboards
    • Each month, these leaderboards reset
    • The top 5 players for each leaderboard are rewarded each month
      • Camera players get a special camera (reskin of the default)
      • Thief players get a special thief (reskin of the defaults)
    • Leaderboard positions and rewards are updated when you leave the game
    • The monthly leaderboard does not progress on private servers
    • Added a new Exclusive rarity which only shows if you own characters in it
    • Added the Champion camera (credits to Arceusdon)
    • Added the Champion thief

General

  • The VIP gamepass is now named Infamous

  • The play 100 rounds mission now last 5 days (from 3 days)

  • Police Station
    • Fixed the ordering of an item stack in the evidence room
    • Armory room changes
      • The guns have been rearranged on the wall
      • NPCs no longer spawn in the room
    • Added new special items

    • Changed some items’ prices and weights
      • Ballistic vests now 5w 200v (from 5w 250v)

Thieves

  • Scavenger now values 15 of any item type with a weight-value ratio of at least 20
  • Celebi’s ability is now named Salvation (from Sacrifice)
  • Dracula now regenerates all health on ability use
  • Thief health cap changes (not max health, but the cap on it being changed)
    • Brother of the Light’s is now 15 (from 20)
    • Plague Doctor’s is now 12 (from 8)
    • Dr. Tanner’s is now 10 (from 16)
    • Dracula’s is now 12 (from 8)
  • Changed Dr. Tanner
    • No longer passively regenerates hearts
    • After drinking the potion, every 5 weight picked up will regenerate 1 heart

Cameras

  • All cameras now switch locations with a base time of 1 second (from 1.2 seconds)
  • Assassin camera is now of the Rare rarity
  • Headline now has a new ability
    • Instead of a passive, Headline can now take a picture
    • The better this picture is, the more money you’ll earn for it
    • Pictures are worth more for the thieves present and what they are doing
  • Chaingun now has a new ability
    • Instead of a passive, Chaingun can now activate Bullet Time for 10 seconds
    • During this, you switch camera locations 25% faster and do not gain heat
    • Particles indicate when this is active (not visible as the camera)
  • Buffed Exterminator
    • Projectiles now have slightly more friction
    • Cooldown now 20 seconds (from 30)
    • Now of the Epic rarity (from Rare)
  • Buffed Trapper
    • Traps now last for 60 seconds (from 30)
    • Cooldown now 20 seconds (from 25)
  • Buffed Radar
    • Cooldown now 15 seconds (from 20)
    • Now of the Epic rarity (from Rare)
  • Updated Deadeye
    • Ability cooldown is now 30 seconds (from 20)
    • Now fires lightning bolts during the ability with a new sound (entirely visual)
    • Particles and sound now indicate when this is active (particles not visible as the camera)

Bug Fixes

  • When being revived as a thief, it now correctly halves your current max health instead of your starting max health
  • Toggling explosive shot right before shooting no longer shows the incorrect laser visual
  • Fixed the visual bug where multiple explosive shot lasers could be shot on the client
  • Fixed public server earnings being additionally counted as private server earnings
  • Rainbow lasers now appear for non-camera players if the gamepass is owned
  • Detective James now uses an alternate form of highlight on mobile
  • Frankenstein’s Monster no longer gets money for reviving themself
  • Fixed various other small bugs

Quality of Life

  • If you have passed your private server earnings cap, the end results will now show how much you made instead of zero
  • Round money is now rewarded right as the round ends instead of 4 seconds later
  • Updated the mobile camera UI to make the buttons stand out more
  • Further offset the camera laser visual from the camera
  • The camera purchase cutscene is now faster
  • The end results cutscene is now faster
  • Camera laser hit registration improvements
    • Hitting targets very close to your camera is now more consistent
    • Hitting jumping targets is now more consistent
