I am looking for someone to build a small town for me. This town will consist of 6 varieties of houses (medium detail and interior walls/floors/stairs required) and a small Main Street with about 5-10 empty buildings. (see image below)
You will be provided the exact area to build around, meaning about 15 house plots, roads already done, and the Main Street plots. So you basically build up from a layout.

How much work is this? As in how long is it expected to take, and what is the full extent of the work? Consider that in USD, the amount is $28 - $52.50.
This really won’t be as much work as it may seem. The biggest part would be to make the houses with 6 varieties from small to medium sized, one floor, two floors, doesn’t matter. I can’t say how long it is expected to take, as people build faster/slower. However, I would like it done in a week or two which is doable.
Outsides only basically. While it is outdated, I can still use someone to build this as it just wasn’t needing added into the game due to lack of necessity at the time.
