This happens only on your own Creator Profile page, since you cannot edit the bio of others. In the image below my mouse is on the icon and so it’s semi-visible, but otherwise it completely blends in with the background.

Not the OP, but I wanted to share that tested it out on my end and it is now appearing the icon in the expected color!
