Inability To Decline "Notify Me" Prompts

Summary
When a user sends a friend request or clicks to turn on desktop push under account notification settings on Chrome, the user will be asked if they would like to enable push notifications. Unfortunately, there is no option to decline this request. Due to this oversight, the prompt will continually appear at the top of the user’s screen without any way to rid of it, save one exception. For some reason, navigating to Create - Roblox provides a different prompt, which is the only way (I know of) to decline the request. By including an “X” button on the darker prompts, users will be able to decline and prevent these requests from showing up in the future.

I think that there’s an invisible “No thanks” button to the left of it, search around with your mouse, or at least that’s how it used to be
