Hello!
I am having an issue with DevEx. I have been cashing out since May 2021 and have been cashing out consistently at the end of each month since February 2022. I have never had a problem submitting a request at the end of each month until now. For whatever reason, my Cash Out button is greyed out and it says I can submit another DevEx request in the “next calendar month”, despite saying my previous request was submitted on 9/30/2022 right above it. If my last DevEx was submitted on September 30th, I should be allowed to cash out in October, as it is a new calendar month, right?
I have emailed DevEx support but it’s been 3 days and I haven’t received a response. This is really frustrating because I could really use this money right now.
