I recently tried to verify my “Health Insurance Card” for spatial voice, all the details were in view with near-perfect lighting and readability but every single time it would take 1-2 minutes “Verifying” just for it to say it wasn’t able to verify the details.
and I HAVE contacted support but their response is VERY UNRELATED to the situation.
