Inaccurate DevEx Estimates

When going to the DevEx page, it says only a fraction of my total robux are eligible to DevEx, even though they came from the same group in the same payment I have used to DevEx for years. Screenshots of the exact amounts are attached in the private message.

Expected behavior

I expect all of my robux to be eligible to DevEx since they all came from the same eligible source.

Earned funds can take up to 72 hours to appear in estimated balance eligible for DevEx.

If in your case it hasn’t updated for a long time, It could be a problem.

Hi, are you still having trouble with your estimate? I don’t see any current issues with the number you should be seeing.

Yes, I DevExed all of those funds but I have robux in my account again and the estimate is not correct.

Hi, I don’t see any discrepancies at the current time of investigation. Depending on the type of robux income, the delay in the estimate can be one to three days (but the robux of course hits your account faster than that and you can request devex if you know those are already eligible).
