As a Roblox user, it is difficult to look through my trades in the inbound tab without seeing trades that are already expired. Currently, a user can only remove expired trades from the inbound tab by manually declining each trade. In my case, I have over 7k trades inbound that are past their expiration date, so this isn’t a good workaround.
To make the inbound tab less cluttered, I suggest either reimplementing the system that automatically moved expired trades to the inactive tab or adding a decline all button for trades.
If Roblox is able to address this issue, it would improve my user experience by only displaying active trades in the inbound tab which would make it less cluttered.
Please note that I already reported the issue about expired trades remaining inbound several months ago and received this response.
Hi @Proven_Right, thanks for raising this issue again. The feature is intended to work as you describe with expired trades being automatically removed from the inbound trade section after the expiration date, but the current implementation is less than ideal. I regret we haven’t been able to prioritize fixing it thus far.
Over the next few months we will be performing some internal system updates that may help alleviate the issue.
@G_xerces I can confirm that the issue has been resolved; All of my expired trades have moved to the inactive tab. Will it just take time for the trade counter on the sidebar to drop down from +6k to 0? Thank you!
