The problem is not how the data is represented, but how the data is actually collected. Having to run through potentially infinite amounts of places to collect a total of place visits is very resource intensive.

Then perhaps ot collect place visits that were from places that were created via CreatePlace

I want to see my total stats, including inactive places, i don’t just want to see active places.
