Description: Sometimes, when attempting to use the report feature in-game, the content in the menu doesn’t load. A workaround for this is to click the “Report” button at the top to show the information.

Issue Started: I believe this issue has been occurring since the initial release of the new menu.
Repro:
- Join a game
- Press “Esc”
- Attempt to report an individual from the “People” menu

Thank you for reporting this. I have a few questions to help me investigate this:
- Does this happen to you consistently or intermittently?
- Do you have “Reduce Motion” turned on in the settings tab?
- Does this happen only if you go directly to the Report tab, or only happen when reporting from the People tab (or the leaderboard), or some combination/all of those?
- What operating system are you using when this happens, and what kind of specs does your machine have?

This also happens for me, old menu and the new one, report sometimes doesn’t appear at all.

I tested it a bit more, and it seems to always happen for the first time when reporting from the “People” menu if “reduce motion” is enabled; it works fine when reporting through the leaderboard and going directly to the report" tab. Also, I use Windows 10.
