Inconsistent number notation for game ratings

Description of the bug:

Everywhere but the “Recently Played” and “My Favorites” games lists, thousands are separated by commas. “Recently Played” and “My Favorites” deviate from this because they use a full stop instead of a comma to separate thousands.

Reproduction:

See the following screenshot of the home page (Roblox):

The “Recently Played” and “My Favorites” lists have thousands separated by full stop, while “Friend Activity” and all other pages (such as the Games page) separate thousands by comma. They should be separated by comma everywhere.

Extra notes:

  • I’m on Windows 10, using the latest version of Chrome, with decimal notation on my device set to US standard (comma to separate thousands from number, dot to separate fractional part)

A bug is a bug, i suppose.

My guess is this is based on different programmers (from europe, or from america) with different numerical syntax.

Doing a tiny bit of research showed me that the top two rows use the browser’s default culture code for formatting, while the bottom row is forced to use en-US number formatting.
