Incorrect filter to select thumbnail images for upload

Reproduction Steps

Enter a similar page to send some thumb to a place and click “Upload”:

Expected Behavior

Images of various formats should be shown

Actual Behavior

The windows file selection screen only shows the selection for gif, png, tga, bmp:

Workaround

I have to select All Files (*.*) to be able to see my jpg images.
