Expected Behavior
The accessory uses a Hat Attachment which allows it to move normally with the avatar

Scarf not clipping with the torso
Actual Behavior
Ineffective Rockstar Disguise uses a Neck Attachment instead of a Hat Attachment which causes issues with the way it moves with the character
The cap part of it is also off-center on the head
The scarf clips with the torso
