This is very rude to the developers. They made it very clear that they where not planning to profit off of this at all.

We appreciate all feedback but it seems like you seem to be giving pointless, and insulting comments just to undermine our efforts. We really appreciate constructive feedback but please refrain from pointless insults just out of jealousy, personal anger, or any reasons as it does mean a lot to us!

We had a small bug with the Main Script that prevented the Module from running over and over many times with certain if Statements stacking up.
They should be fixed by tonight! We will be fixing them in the next Server Update/Shutdown!

Hmm I see.
That might be an excellent addition! We will definitely consider a “Testing Option” so people are unaware until a certain timeperiod. Making a passive “infection” might afterall solve most of these problems.
However, question. Would that still be enjoyable as a game?

What was your incentive in creating this intriguing simulator you have presented before us, in light of of the ongoing pandemic?
Furthermore, You would have to had anticipated for controversy to arise given precedents and the concept of this simulation.
Lastly, Do you endeavor to forgo simulating aspects of the real life virus (precisely Covid-19)?

Hey!
Our main goal was to spread awareness about how to prevent diseases from spreading. We didn’t specifically “target” the current ongoing events as that is against the terms of service. Our short vision was to teach our audience about something meaningful while also providing something enjoyable. It wasn’t our intentions to “promote coughing on others” as many seemed to misunderstand but rather preventing that through wearing masks, moving around by themselves etc.
To ensure proper information to be given, we partnered up with some organizations to ensure our information was relatively valid and correct.
We did anticipate the controversy as mentioned by some of our partners as well. However the main problem seems to derive from the misunderstanding of the games main objective which I have been trying to advocate for like 80% of the comments here.
Like I mentioned, our game has no links or affiliation to real world events - it is a made up pandemic that we are simulating so our short answer would be No.

This isn’t a game that simulates a specific real world event.
Let’s ignore the fact that Roblox games have been simulating tsunamis, fires, volcanic eruptions, wars, murder, and even infections since Roblox first game out 15 years ago. All of these take millions of lives. Why has he all of a sudden crossed the line?

That’s the most ignorant thing anybody could say. Natural disasters happen all the time. Hell, somewhere in the world, one is probably raging on right now.
