Reproduction Steps
1. Enable the “DPI Aware Studio” beta flag and restart Studio
2. Load and edit a game file
3. While the window is open, press CTRL + N to open an empty base plate
Expected Behavior
The base plate should load successfully and Studio functions as normal.
Actual Behavior
The new base plate appears to be connecting to a team create session but is never able to successfully connect.
In this video, we have multiple Studio instances already open. The ones without the beta are able to launch a new baseplate successfully, while the ones with it get stuck loading. X and Cancel buttons are greyed out making task manager the only way to close the window.

Only work around is to disable the beta feature.
