A lot of stuff when into it, and a lot of optimizations to keep it stable on both mobile and desktop
Uses quite a lot of optimizations like:
Parallel Luau
Frustum Culling
Distance Based Culling
Reusing instances

really good job on the floating objects, not easy to do, (although I am not sure how you made those floating objects interact with waves all the way out where waves are not even rendering.
