I’m currently working on a map revamp. I found a nice PBR material in a game I played and wanted to use it. Does anyone know where to find it or how to achieve this look?
It’d be best if you get to understand how to make Normal Maps in Blender.
With that, you can make visual effects like that.
Sometimes though, you can just apply to the SurfaceAppearance object that is inside a Mesh simply a random image that would work as the object that will reflect based on the light parts it has on that image.

Best way to achieve that look would to make your own version using a tutorial from youtube perhaps, otherwise i’d say to use websites like: https://polyhaven.com/

If you have Substance Designer then it should be pretty easy.
Just blend a couple of noises together and warp them a bit. Also turn down the roughness value.
