Input.Delta and UserInputService:GetMouseDelta() does not work correctly on 4k monitors

Reproduction Steps

(On a 4k monitor) Right click and drag to rotate the camera in only 1 axis (Live mode or in Studio mode).
The Camera will rotate both horizontally and vertically instead of just one of the two

Expected Behavior

The Camera to only rotate in one axis

Actual Behavior

The Camera rotates on both axis. Seems like the delta isn’t being calculated correctly on 4k monitors. I have both a 1k and 4k monitor in my setup, and when I move studio to my 1k monitor, the issue no longer occurs.
