Inquiry about Mesh Deformation with Dynamic Movement

A bit new with blender, so bare with me If I may be confused with some things.

I was wondering if there were any topics regarding dynamic movement with custom made characters? Couldn’t find any topics regarding free movement with custom rigged characters.

What I want to achieve: given a custom character, when a character turns right or left, the body will bend according to the user input given instead of relying on already made animations. (also with free flowing hair (with some constrants so they dont fly all over the place))

Also curious if its possible to have accessories with the character? I was researching some topics and was wondering if its possible to have the accessories follow bone movement with a heartbeat event.

Looked up how to have free flowing hair on YT, so don’t really need help on the subject anymore.

Anyone know how to have meshes/welds follow the movement of mesh deformation animations without relying on exterior code?

Also having trouble with figuring out how to have neon parts in the model, with the armature, I would assume roblox doesnt allow import of emission, so how would I workaround this?

No one has any ideas? I might close this topic then…
