So Roblox has arbitrarily decided to ban two of my games for trademark violation, even though I have never done anything wrong and always used my own brand for the games, so saying that I violated an IP is a disgusting claim from the crappy Roblox moderation team. Roblox is the perfect example of the phrase: You’ll own nothing and you’ll be happy. All the years spent working on two games gone because of the morality of a corrupt company. Thanks Roblox.

I’m pretty sure that it’s an issue with your username. You’re calling one of the games LEGO_496 Obby, and LEGO is of course trademarked and Roblox doesn’t want any association with it due to previous legal issues. You’d probably be better off changing your username and appealing it.

I am not changing my username. All I can do is remove the ‘lego’ part from the names but completely deleting the game isn’t gonna let me do that. Corruption is what Roblox is all about, being in the platform for 7 years that’s all I can say about them.
Yeah you’re right, you won’t need to change your username. But definitely remove LEGO from the game names. This isn’t an example of corruption or bad morality, it’s just that you used LEGO in the game name when you shouldn’t have. Probably worth changing the game thumbnail while you’re at it too.

While I do believe they should give you a chance to change the name and thumbnail, you probably should’ve thought about the name’s potential copyright infringement before publishing the game. Mistakes happen, and there’s nothing you can do except move on or attempt a fix.

While it definitely is corruption, Roblox isn’t letting me change the name of the game as it is deleted. Looks like appealing doesn’t help either
When did you appeal? It can take some time. Do you have any autosaves or access to any previous versions at all? You could probably reupload it under a different name and be fine (as long as it has no association with LEGO)
You’re being a bit silly calling it corruption. It’s just that the moderation system isn’t great. It’d be corruption if they gained anything from you losing your game, but they don’t, so it’s not.

This isn’t “corruption”, I’m no legal expert, but roblox is in their full right, and its in their best interest to remove your games as the name “LEGO” (all capitalized like that) is trademarked/copyrighted by LEGO.

I have appealed. They don’t wanna restore the game. I have somehow managed to change the name of the game, but I can’t publish it because of “place publish error: attempted to upload invalid content”. Disgusting company.
While LEGO ALLOWS people to use their name in anything, such as YT channels (like mine and others like “greenlegocats”), Roblox does not have the authority to outright delete games because of it.
You should take a moment to cool down. Its clear that emotions are clouding your mind.

I would suggest thinking about why you got banned instead of quitting.
Also, pet peeve, but avoid blanket terms like “disgusting.” its unproductive and throws blame onto another without considering why something was done. You are reacting, not responding.

Yeah, he needs to change his name if he wants to include his name within games. There’s so many other options than LEGO_456
