Insert with location doesn't always work correctly

When inserting a mesh via the asset manager, selecting “insert with location” in the context menu doesn’t actually insert it with the correct location, rather acting like you just selected the standard insert option.
However it does insert with the correct location if you’re in the recently added sub menu.
This has been an issue for at least a few months if i recall correctly.
