I built a plugin that lets you put comments on instances. When you install the plugin and open the comments window via the toolbar button, comments for any instances you have selected will appear in the comments window. It supports rich text so you can make comments bold, italic, different sizes, colors, etc.

Yep., comments sync with team create and you can publish models with comments
