Interaction GUI plugin?

Hello! I am just curious on one thing.
There are three games I will use two example on for this. Noob Army Tycoon and Get a Snack At 4 AM.
Both of these games have one noticeable similarity: The “Press e to interact” GUI is the same.
I have seen this GUI used elsewhere too. Here’s my question: Is this some sort of plugin? If so, where could I find it?

Do you mean the ProximityPrompt feature roblox has added? Here is the DevAPI on this:

Its the proximity prompt feature. You can add it inside studio, no need plugin.
