Internal Server Error when submitting VNG Support Tickets

When attempting to submit a support ticket to Roblox VNG Support you will receive an Internal Server Error no matter what, making it impossible to contact Roblox Support in Vietnam for any issues or questions a person might have.

Expected behavior

A ticket should be created without any issues.

It seems like the Internal Error Issue is fixed but VNG Customer Support does not seem to reply after submitting a support ticket. Unsure if this is just slow response times or an internal issue with VNG Tickets. Would appreciate an update.

I’ve seen VNG’s CS taking as much as 21 days to get back to a ticket. There isn’t much to do except wait, or you can try contacting VNG directly, and then ask for an expedition at your request.

Didnt know it takes that long. Ill just wait it out then. Thanks for the info.
