[Internet Explorer + Firefox] Messages are overall bugging

For me, this started like yesterday. And I have found 3 bugs.

Issue 1: Roblox messages can’t be deleted.

Issue 2: Messages do not recognize they are read [On message only, menu works]

Issue 3: Messages will not archive (SOMETIMES until your refresh the page)

Edit: This works fine on Studio.

Another issue is, the notifications for new Messages doesn’t update some times once hitting double digits. For example I had 12 unread messages, and I went and read them. I then go to a different page to find out it still says I have 12 notifications for messages, go back to message tab to see there is none.

Any chance that you could perhaps use the more trust-worthy Google Chrome?

I am going to bump this… was given that I had 12 messages… archived them all and read them… and it says 31 unread messages… should be 0.

Been having this bug. It’s annoying, it makes me not want to check my messages since it just keeps leaving everything as “Not Read” when I clearly read it, making it hard to find which PMs I have left to respond to. Pls, for the people that actually actively read and fairly respond to all their PMs, fix this, it makes that process super inconvenient. I’ve been overall ignoring PMs due to this. PM system works fine on Chrome but for some reason that’s gotten significantly slower, IE is faster but PM system is having the issues.

P.S. You already know about the Chat/Party Chat System :/, great features but unusable due to unresponsiveness.

Did not see Chrome is now working.
Internet explorer is still an issue.

I wasn’t having any issues with this on my older computer using Firefox.
Got an HP with IE and Google and suddenly started getting occasional messages that I can’t Archive or that it won’t delete from my ‘Message’ tab.
When I Archive them it shows them in my Archived messages, but the original is still showing on my Message board as unread.
Is anything being done about this?

Messages keeping unread bug is still happening for IE11 in Win8.1.
Additionally, new messages do not show up.

Seems like IE caches a previous snapshot of the inbox(?)
