5 minutes before the session start
[Host] :m Greetings, Hotel Guests and staff. We will be starting shortly and we suggest you don’t go AFK at this point to avoid missing important information.
[Host] :m PTS is now enabled, if you have any questions please say ‘PTS’ and a member of staff will be with you shortly.
Session Start
You must now lock the server, to do this please use the ‘:slock’ command, this will prevent more Hotel Guests and late staff joining.
[Host] :m This session is now server locked, you will NOT be able to rejoin. If you disconnect during the interview we sadly can’t allow you to rejoin.
Feel free to adjust your greeting.
[Host] :m Salutations and a warm welcome to this Interview session, my name is {user}! I will be your host, I wish you the best of luck!
[Co-Host] :m Ovations, my name is {user}, I will be your Co-Host during this session, I hope you are all doing fantastic and wish you the best of luck!
[Host] :m We will now be disclosing some information with you all before this session begins.
[Co-Host] :h [STAFF] I will be PMing you shortly with some vital information, do NOT reply.
Trainee Rules
This section is for the host
[Host] :m I will now be covering the rules, please don’t go AFK as this is extremely important for your success.
[Host] :m [I] Grammar, you must utilize grammar to the best of your ability. Not being able to utilise grammar correctly will decrease your chances of passing.
[Host] :m [II] Respect, you must always show respect no matter what rank you are. We do not tolerate disrespect, disrespecting your trainer or helpers will result in a fail.
[Host] :m [III] Be professional, being professional is one of the most important things here at Suncoast. Not being professional during the training will result in removal from the server.
[Host] :m [IV] Outfits must be sensible, if you are wearing an unprofessional outfit you will be asked to change. If you are wearing packages that cover up our uniform, you will be asked to change.
[Host] :m [V] Do NOT copy and paste anything but your greeting, if you are caught or suspected of using C&P you will be removed from the server and be failed.
[Host] :m [VI] We only handout 3 warnings to trollers but exploiters get none and they are to be banned by an MR+.
[Host] :m [VII] We expect our staff to have a greeting ready like the following: Greetings! Welcome to Inferno Hotels, My name is user! How may I help you on this wonderful day!
Staff Rules
This section is for the Co-Host
[Co-Host] :pm %Staff [I] Remain professional, if you are caught acting unprofessionally you will be removed from the server and dealt with accordingly.
[Co-Host] :pm %Staff [II] Use the guide, please use the guide effectively. Not using the correct guide may end up giving the Customer false information, always check the guide first.
[Co-Host] :pm %Staff [III] Keep note one two things, the number of Grammar Strikes and correct questions.
[Co-Host] :pm %Staff [IV] Don’t fail trainees who have passed this goes for passing failed trainees, you are caught doing this you will be dealt with accordingly.
[Co-Host] :pm %Staff [V] Once an Interviewee has reached 3+ GS they should be removed from the server, scroll down in the guide to find the kick message.
