Oh, yeah … and about your airlines question, I’m telling you Qatar Air has the best mid-air deserts ever! You can get some chocolate cream, some really premium-like biscuits, unlike other airlines.
If you want a flight with zero landing noises and ear pain, the vote has to go to Oman Air. Only because they have the Boengi 797 (and 787), which means you won’t experience that ear pain in landing and take-off, and the plane flying sounds too!
And, finally, if you’re looking for a friendly crew and want to keep hydrated through the entire flight, Air Canada would be your choice. They serve water all the time, keeping your hydrated, as well as provide other drinks! The crew there is very friendly.

One thing I like on the 787 is they have really big windows, and no physical shade. You can just press a button to control the transparency of the glass. Very smooth and modern plane.
