I must be dreaming… the day has come…

Any plans to make this a smooth terrain material? It’d be really cool to have crystal caverns where you could see through the walls.

Wow! I have been waiting for such a long time for this update. It’ll be nice to finally be able to veer away from transparent plastic and foil. Keep up the good work!

Hm, well, I can’t quite decide whether or not I like or love this one.

Essentially, if you set a piece of glass to the transparency 0.001 and put a more transparent piece in front of it, you could set up a sort of “peering through walls” thing. I love this stuff!

EDIT: Here’s a Gyazo of it in live time if you want.

That does look awesome, I can think of all kinds of cool magic/tech ideas based on that, however

Which makes sense, not being able to see semi transparent things through glass is a bit limiting.

By crystal cave I meant the whole cave was crystal and you can see through the walls – not there being crystals in a normal cave.

Ah, didn’t see that part. Well, it’s still neat! And if they change the behavior correctly, I’ll make a microscope! :microscope:

Yep.

Art team needs to jump on this and make a hat that is literally a glass sphere, easy win right there

This looks amazing, I could really make use of the glass refraction for traffic lights, specifically my 3M ones which rely on magnification for the programmable visibility effect. I’ll experiment with it

Imagine a glass helmet with the semi transparent fedora or something
