Couple weeks ago, I joined the Korean Dev Engagement Team and had the fortunate opportunity to help out a developer community event held in Korea. It was amazing to meet a fantastic and motivated community!
My name is Ssamssam, 쌤쌤 in Korean, and I’m excited to be part of the Korean DET! I will assist the Korean Dev community by contributing in the creation of activities and challenges that support the Korean community to grow in skill and scale.
I grew up playing a lot of Korean games like Maplestory and Kartrider, and Esport games like League of Legends and Overwatch. I also enjoy watching a lot of game design related content and have participated in a couple of game jams in the past as well.
Outside of games, I enjoy watching, playing basketball and football, and eating tasty desserts!
I’m thrilled to be part of a growing community and look forward to contributing.
Seeing another face emerge in the Dev Engagements team for other regions is truly cool. I’m glad that ROBLOX is getting even further with it’s outreach for developers and creating new job opportunities for others!
