Introducing: Suburban Bites

:hamburger: Introducing Suburban Bites

We’re excited to introduce Suburban Bites , an upcoming Roblox fast food experience focused on delivering an enjoyable roleplay and employment experience for players of all skill levels.

Our goal is to create a welcoming and engaging environment where players can work their way through the restaurant, serve customers, and become part of a friendly community. Whether you’re taking orders, preparing meals, or leading a team, every role contributes to the success of the restaurant.

:glowing_star: Our Vision

At Suburban Bites, we believe that a great restaurant, fast-food, experience is built on three core principles: Quality of the Gameplay, Community is the priority, Continuous Improvement

  • Quality Gameplay - Smooth, interactive systems that make every shift enjoyable.
  • Community First — A friendly and inclusive environment where everyone feels welcome.
  • Continuous Improvement — Regular updates, bug fixes, and new content driven by community feedback.

:french_fries: What You Can Expect

  • Interactive restaurant gameplay.
  • A structured progression and ranking system.
  • Modern and immersive building design.
  • Fair and professional staff management.
  • Community events and future seasonal content.
  • Ongoing updates and quality-of-life improvements.

:speech_balloon: Community

We’re committed to building more than just a game—we want to create a community where players enjoy spending time together, meeting new people, and making lasting memories.

Your feedback will play an important role in shaping the future of Suburban Bites, and we’ll continue listening to suggestions as we develop and expand the experience.

:hammer_and_wrench: Development Progress

Suburban Bites is currently under active development, and we’re working every day to bring our vision to life. While the game isn’t ready just yet, our team has been making great progress behind the scenes, from planning gameplay systems to building our infrastructure and community.

As development continues, we’ll be sharing regular sneak peeks, development updates, and announcements so you can follow our journey every step of the way. We’re committed to being as transparent as possible, and your feedback will help shape the future of Suburban Bites.

This is only the beginning, and we have plenty more in store.

:chart_increasing: Promotions

At Suburban Bites, we want promotions to feel rewarding and meaningful. We believe every promotion should reflect the time, effort, and dedication our staff put into the community.

There are two primary ways to earn promotions:

:graduation_cap: Promotional Sessions

Throughout your journey, you’ll have opportunities to attend promotional sessions where our management team will evaluate your performance, professionalism, communication, and understanding of restaurant procedures. Successfully completing these sessions may earn you your next promotion.

:star: Point System

Alongside promotional sessions, we’ve introduced a point-based progression system.

By earning enough points, eligible staff members may be automatically promoted, rewarding those who consistently dedicate their time to helping Suburban Bites grow.

Whether you prefer attending promotional sessions or simply demonstrating your commitment through consistent activity, both paths provide exciting opportunities to progress through our ranks.

Our point system is designed with two goals in mind.

First, it rewards commitment. Every point represents the time and effort you’ve invested into Suburban Bites, whether that’s serving customers, helping the community, or contributing to the success of our restaurant.

Secondly, it’s a way to showcase your dedication. Your points reflect your activity and allow everyone to see just how committed you’ve been. Think of it as a badge of honour—a friendly way to show off the hard work you’ve put into the community.

Points can be earned through a variety of activities, including:

  • :hamburger: Working restaurant shifts (with double point rewards during official Shift Sessions).
  • :graduation_cap: Hosting training sessions (Assistant Managers and above).
  • :clipboard: Hosting promotional sessions (Assistant Managers and above).
  • :tada: Participating in special community events and future activities.

We’re always looking at new ways to reward active members, so expect even more opportunities to earn points in the future.

:tada: Community & Departments

Suburban Bites is more than just a restaurant—it’s a community.

Throughout development and after release, we’ll regularly host community nights, giveaways, sneak peeks, and other exciting events to keep everyone involved and connected.

Behind the scenes, we’ll also have dedicated departments working together to ensure everything runs smoothly:

:loudspeaker: Public Relations
Responsible for announcements, community engagement, partnerships, and maintaining a welcoming environment.

:graduation_cap: Training
Focused on educating and developing our staff through structured training sessions and professional guidance.

:busts_in_silhouette: Human Resources
Responsible for recruitment, promotions, staffing, and ensuring every member has the opportunity to succeed.

Together, these departments help create an organised, enjoyable, and professional experience for everyone involved.

:shield: Staff Expectations

Being part of the Suburban Bites team means representing our community with professionalism, respect, and integrity.

We encourage every staff member to:

  • Treat everyone with kindness and respect.
  • Maintain a professional attitude while working.
  • Assist customers whenever possible.
  • Work together as a team.
  • Set a positive example for others.
  • Continue learning and improving.

Our goal is to build a community where everyone feels welcome, supported, and proud to be a part of Suburban Bites.

:light_bulb: Community Feedback

Your voice matters.

As our community grows, we’ll continue listening to your suggestions, ideas, and feedback. Whether it’s a small quality-of-life improvement or a major feature request, every piece of feedback helps us make better decisions for the future of the game.

We’re building Suburban Bites with the community, not just for the community.

:rocket: Looking Ahead

While we’re incredibly proud of the progress we’ve made so far, this is only the beginning.

We’re currently developing a range of exciting features, including our dedicated Human Resources platform, Orbit, which will power staff management, activity tracking, promotions, and much more. Players will also be able to compete on leaderboards, track their activity, and, later in development, experience an interactive kitchen designed to make every shift even more immersive.

Alongside these systems, you can look forward to community nights, giveaways, sneak peeks, seasonal content, and plenty of surprises as we continue expanding the Suburban Bites experience.

We have so much ahead of us, and we’re continuously working to make Suburban Bites the very best it can be. Every member of our Executive Team is committed to creating a fun, welcoming, and high-quality experience that our community can truly enjoy.

We’re incredibly excited for everything that’s still to come, and we can’t wait to share this journey with all of you. Your support, suggestions, and enthusiasm motivate us every single day.

Thank you for being here from the very beginning—we’re so thrilled to have you with us, and we can’t wait to hear your feedback and see you around Suburban Bites! :hamburger:

if i wanted to work at mcdonalds i would get a job not play roblox

LOL, fair enough.

Our goal isn’t to replace a real job or make ROBLOX feel like clocking into work. What we’re trying to build is an experience that’s inspired by how a real fast-food restaurant operates, that includes the teamwork, progression, responsibility, and customer service, while still keeping it enjoyable and rewarding as a game.

There are obviously plenty of limitations on ROBLOX, and we’re not trying to recreate every aspect of working at a real restaurant. Instead, we’re taking the best parts of that experience and turning them into something that’s fun, social, and engaging.

At the end of the day, it’ll still be a game. You should leave a shift thinking, “That was actually fun,” not, “I just worked a real job.”
