My personal recommendation is to completely remove experience listings- instead, in its place, allow users to create a thread about themselves (whether this be to have their portfolio, etc) extremely similarly to current devforum portfolio listings. E.g:
(essentially allowing users to copy paste their devforum portfolio onto their talent hub thread)
This would allow and not restrict creativity, personalisation, and the ability for people to express themselves the way that the current devforum portfolios section does.
I am having the same problem: I was writing an optional message to the, if not even dream job, then I missclicked and sent it. Me, stupidly enough with my low knowledge about English vocabulary, clicked on withdraw, thinking it would allow me to edit it: Nope, now I have to search another thing. I find this really stupid the fact that you can‘t edit in case of missclick
A lot of things still need to be added to the Talent Hub, and there are lot of problems that need to be resolved. I really think #collaboration should be reopened until the Talent Hub is completely ready to use. It is very hard to upload images, gifs, etc.
Also, I find it annoying that you are being forced to verify your age on the Talent Hub. Literally, if you do not verify your age on the Talent Hub, your efforts, your skills, everything goes unnoticed.
It’s soo stupid that Roblox decides to tag things like “Discord”, since a lot of people use discord for communication when getting hired/hiring, I would really recommend to turn the text tagging off completely.
I personally think that the talent hub is a great tool, but it’s not ready yet. I would highly recommend re-opening the collaboration category at least for a few months, to leave the time to the talent hub team to fix the bugs and polish the overall project a little more.
Agreed. The Talent Hub still isn’t completely ready for every single developer who has a portfolio within #collaboration:portfolios to move into the Talent Hub in the next month or so. Also, it really, really needs a feature to reply or comment on job posts for it to match up with #collaboration:portfolios, and almost literally, forcing age verification is also another issue.
